Manages the Engineering Design and Technical Operations for Advantage Consulting Engineers including CAD Staff, Technicians and Staff Engineers. Provides oversight of all Water Resources, Infrastructure Design and Engineering. Mr. Patel also serves as the lead engineer for many of the firm’s clients and has designed numerous Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Religious Facility and Roadway Projects Designs.

Mr. Patel also served as the lead engineer for the firm’s municipal clients and designed numerous Commercial, Hospitality and Religious Facilities. In addition, he was the lead engineer for all the company’s roadway and IDOT funded projects for several local municipalities.

Served as the lead water resource engineer for most of the company’s residential land developments. Managed the Residential Division’s technical staff. Served as the client representative for several Commercial, Retail and Religious Projects.

Director of Residential engineering support staff and water resource team. Served as one of the senior designers for many of the large-scale residential, commercial and industrial site developments throughout northeastern Illinois. Led the design team for a large residential subdivision in California’s high desert. Experienced in Highway Improvement Design, Storm Water Management, Site Assessment, and Pavement Assessment Projects.

Mr. Patel provided engineering design for Residential, Commercial, Health Care Facilities, Religious Institutions, and Industrial subdivisions in Illinois. The projects ranged in size from small parcels to 1,100-acre master planned communities. His experience also included Highway Improvement Design, Storm Water Management, Site Assessment, and Pavement Assessment Projects.
